Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by funnyicegrillz.com. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse.
What is the return policy?
All our grillz is custom made for each individual customer. For this reason, there will be no full refund or any exchange after the order has been processed. If you are unhappy with an item it may be returned less Shipping & Handling charge plus a 50% restocking fee. Buyer must contact us for a return authorization number and return original item within 3 business days of delivery for refund or exchange, and in the same condition as it arrived.
Once again, our Grillz are sold as it is without warranties of any kind. Due to the nature of this product, no full refund or exchanges are allowed so please be aware of that prior to ordering. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of these grillz including but not limited to incidental, punitive or accidental damages.
